Brad suggests a bet with Alan, that if Alan wins the case, Brad will be his elf for the day and if Alan loses the bet, then Alan will be Brad's elf for the day. Unknown to Alan, Brad asks a clerk to make sure that the case goes before a bigoted judge, but Alan is able to pull a rabbit from his hat and wins the case.
