Summary:

Y'all don't know this, but I'm from San Diego, CA. Today, we had our Gay Pride parade and festival. Personally, I love the whole thing, but mostly I love the weeks that lead up to the parade. I live in a gay neighborhood, but most of the year the comfort level in my neighborhood is only marginally better than in the rest of the city. During the weeks before and on Gay Pride day, I feel alive and normal in a way that I don't the rest of the year.
What do I mean, you ask? I mean that during this time, I can do simple things others take for granted. While standing on a busy street corner, I can lean over and chastely kiss my partner on the lips and hear a sigh or a "How sweet," instead of shocked gasps or rude comments. It's nice to just hold my partner's hand in public without worrying if some jerk is going to make an issue out of it.
What am I getting at? Well, I would like to issue a challenge:

Using fandom or original characters, write a story that explores how your characters respond to attending a Gay Pride Parade or Festival.

Feel free to include the weeks leading up to Gay Pride. Feel free to include whatever you want. As possible themes, may I suggest:
1) Your character has just come out of the closet and this is the first Gay Pride they are attending;
2) Your character uses the approaching Gay Pride festivities to come out to friends, family, etc.;
3) Something similar to my experience I described above; or
4) Your character goes to Gay Pride and hooks up with some delicious bit while he/she's there.

For those who have never been, any gay parade outside of San Francisco is going to conjure images similar to those of any small local parade such as, a few uncomplicated floats, a couple marching bands, several local politicians all wearing fake smiles, people carrying banners that represent groups, associations or local businesses and, at least, one motorcycle club.
There are a few things seen at Gay Pride that are not seen at most local parades such as, an awesome amount of rainbows, men and women decked out in S&M leather, drag queens and young men dancing either on a float or on the street wearing only a thong or other form of small brief.
The atmosphere at Gay Pride is one of acceptance. The mood is light. Everybody's smiling and laughing. You see a lot of couples holding hands or with their arms around each other. You see a lot of alternative relationships like threesomes or dom/sub plays. In recent years, you see a lot more families - Two men or two women with kids.

Summary:

For whatever reason the author can came up with somehow Tonks ends up at SGC. While at SGC Major Sam Carter finds Tonks going through a magazine such as Playboy or Sport Illustrated - Swimsuit Issue. Tonks then explain how she's studying the photo so she can make she changes more real.

Sam of course asks for a demo, so Tonks changes into one of the woman in the magazine including the skimpy swimsuit she's modeling.

Being the scientist that she is Sam ask her if she can become male and of course Tonks is more than willing to show off her ability. So she changes in to General Hammond in the same skimpy swimsuit just as (insert a character, I was thing General Hammond or anyone else works too) walks in.

If it's General Hammond who walks in he will think up some uses for Tonks' ability to prank a certain Colonel.

Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol BDSM Challenge

Okay, so here’s yesterday I had a Mission Impossible marathon and it got me to thinking about a look at Ethan Hunt’s life if he were a Dom. It could be in a world where everyone is a Dom, Sub, or Switch. Or it could be more like the canon world, where things like that are kept private and everyone’s dynamic is kept between them and their lovers.

 

Anyway, here’s the challenge:

 

Ethan Hunt is a Dom at the core of his nature. He’s rarely acted on this instinct outside of BDSM clubs and a few scenes with people he trusted when he was younger. When he started working for the agency and became one of the top agents at IMF he pushed his desires to the back burner. And for a long time it was okay. Then he met Julia. And while they weren’t in a dom/sub relationship, her natural submissiveness sated the inner nurturer and Dom in him, and because of that their relationship worked. After the thing with Owen Davian, Ethan realized that Julia would never truly be safe as long as she was married to him. As long as people knew she was alive. So he enlisted the Secretary’s help in faking her death and accepted his mission in the Serbian prison. He satisfied his needs for a sub through his friendship with Bogdan. Though it never became sexual, it helped calm Ethan’s nerves having someone to look after and keep safe. When Benji and Carter showed up to break him out, leaving Bogdan behind was out of the question.

 

 

When the Secretary is killed, and the entirety of the IMF disbanded and disavowed, Ethan feels like the final tethers of his life are coming apart. But he’s never been one to give up in the face of imminent failure, so he pulls Benji, Carter, and Brandt together to help him, once again, complete a rather impossible mission. Along the way, he finds that he enjoys being around Benji more so than he ever realized before, what with Benji being back at headquarters rather than out in the field with him. Benji is a natural sub. He’s not weak by any means, but it quickly becomes obvious to Ethan that Benji enjoys having his orders and even in the midst of chaos he finds comfort in having Ethan be the one issue those orders. Ethan also notices that Benji’s not references to his own genius have nothing to do with being a braggart, like he’d assumed; no, it’s more about making sure that Ethan notices his value to the team, maybe even his possible value to Ethan himself. So, it really doesn’t come as a surprise when Ethan finds himself what it would be like to take Benji out of his head for a while, down into his subspace, with nothing and no one but Ethan there to keep him safe and cared for.

 

What does surprise him are his subsequently growing feelings for agent Brandt. Brandt is an enigma to Ethan. He’s known a few switches in his day, not personally, but he’s seen them in the clubs he’d frequented. But Brandt is the first switch he’s ever known personally and the dynamic mystifies and attracts him. Ethan likes that Brandt doesn’t shy away from speaking up and standing up to Ethan when he doesn’t agree with him, but also follows orders without issue almost as well as Benji.

 

So, my real desire is to see Ethan exploring a relationship with Benji and Will. I want to see how they eventually all three get together, how they work out the best arrangement for all of them given their unique dynamics.

 

Things I’d really like to see:

·         Benji being uncertain about his place in Ethan’s life and acting out when it becomes clear that Ethan is interested in Brandt. Of course, this would mean that Ethan/Benji would already have to be together, but I’d just like to see Benji acting out due to his jealousy, and Ethan assuring him that no matter what he may feel for Will, it doesn’t lessen his desire for Benji.

·         I’d also like Benji to find out about the fact that Julia is alive and that Ethan told Will. It kind goes with the above suggestion in feeding into Benji’s insecurities about his place with Ethan and fearing that Will is going to replace him.      

·         Jane being confused about the whole thing and having to reevaluate/adjust some of her preconceptions about what a Dom and Sub are (abusive and weak, respectively). Maybe she comes to the realization on her own, or maybe Will sits her down and sets her straight (I’d like it to be a friendly conversation, but also one they have because Will doesn’t want her prejudices to affect the team in anyway)

               

Okay, that’s my long, detailed challenge. Obviously, these are really only suggestions. And how you get there is up to the author. But, ultimately I want their arrangement to end up like this:

o   Ethan is the Dom to both Benji and Will, satisfying his need to care and protect those he loves.

o   Will is Ethan’s sub in addition to Benji, because he needs to be cared for, but he’s also Benji’s Dom because he needs to have someone to care for.

o   And Benji enjoys being both Ethan and Will’s sub because it gives him a place to belong and he likes having someone look out for him.

Summary: I have a plot bunny that has mutated into a foul tempered beastie like the rabbit in Monty Python and the Holy Grail merged with a ZPM powered Energizer bunny and not even the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch is going to put it down. I am releasing this bunny on as many forums as I can; as I am terrible at writing action and dialog, but I think with the right author this fic could go far. I can though write the background information and setup of the sequence of events in a very basic outline. It would require a writer who is familiar with HP and Stargate SG1 and Atlantis and several elements from other fandoms and universes most notably David Webbers Fifth Imperium universe. The scope of the fic could potentially cover a wide story arch and most definitely have elements of HBP but would not totally follow the Book-That-Should-Not-Be as this is definitely an AU crossover. Here’s the premise of the bunny; it starts just after the DOM in OotP, the Veil of Death is really an intersystem transport Arch similar to the Furling the one in Paradise Lost in Season 6 of SG1. Sirius is transported to another Arch under the control of the United Federation of Magical Sentients (UFMS). The UFMS is populated by descendants of Magical beings from all over Earth that fled in a series of Diaspora of magical beings led by Moros/Myrddin/Merlin from 1,000 years after the time the Ancients returned from Atlantis up to arround the time of the founding of Hogwarts. This challenge is for all those fellow M&Aers out there in a galaxy far far away. I always loved the concept of the Jedi creche, all the young children raised together in a loving family environment. I would love to see a wizard version.

Dumbledore had heard of the prophesy too late, He had already sent Harry off to the Dursley's for his protection, while the Potter's openly battled the Dark Lord. Voldemort killed the Potters, but Harry wasn't there so Voldemort wasn't banished. Voldemort finally seized control of the wizard world, but the cost was devastating. So many wizards had died in the battle that they were on the edge of extinction, Voldemort had no choice but to change his policy concerning Muggle borns. In order to survive and have wizards to rule over, the Dark lord sent out his followers to find infants with any magical ability and take them to the newly built Hogwarts creche . There they would be raised as proper wizards and trained till they reached the age of puberty, then they would be tested and if they passed they were apprenticed, but if they failed they were put into a different program. The females were to be used for breeding only and the males were used for pleasure.

I wrote this challenge in a way that everyone could answer it. I prefer SS/HP but so many different pairings can be done. If you want you can write from a female point of view(knowing that you were going to end up breeding stock) or Have Harry pass his final test or fail it. also for the people that like Gen, I would love to see a young Harry in school. Also keep in mind that even though Voldemort is evil, he's also
very brilliant. These children would have been brought up to love him, They would have been very well cared for, but utterly brain washed. If I could write, which
I can't, this is the way I would do it.

Harry loves his life and his family. His family being his teachers and fellow students, and "HIS Lord", after all they saved him from a life where he was abused and neglected. He was devastated to find out the truth, But after all "The Dark Lord" said you should never let anyone hurt your family. So Harry took that advise to heart and failed his finals. He knew that he'd end up the bed warmer of the inner circle, but that was the only way he could get close enough to kill the one that killed his parents

I loved the House/Chase thing in the "House returns to work" scene. It was just so charming: Chase all uncertain and awkward, but wanting so badly to show how happy he is to see House back in the office. Chase knows the back- or shoulder-slap seems unnatural and forced, compared to the real emotion hinted at by the heartfelt look in his eyes. He's trying so sweetly to appear casual ... awww. And then after House sort of glares at the ducklings, clearly discouraging any fuss
or emotional scenes about his return, Chase is so endearingly, obviously, made even more ill at ease and uncomfortable, and hardly knows where to look; if House is irritated by mere friendly greetings and remarks from Foreman and Cameron about his well-being, how much more will the longing and the velvet warmth in Chase's eyes - perhaps very welcome in a private time - set him on edge? Ooooh, this was lovely, and I hope to read some fanfic about this scene soon ...

House/Stargate Atlantis crossover.

The setup: Atlantis looks for the best and the brightest minds, right? Well, one of those minds they'd like to recruit is Dr. House. He's a great diagnostician (so maybe he couldn't name the disease in Pegasus galaxy, he'd at least have good ideas about possible causes and treatments), he's able to do some basic medicine and surgery, and the possibility is there that he either has the ATA gene, or the gene therapy would be successful.

So, they try to recruit him, and suprisingly succeed. He and Rodney are like matches and kerosene. Both are rude, abrasive, utterly convinced of their own genius, and delight in having a worthy opponent for battles of wit and snark. (Here's where I have trouble. I can write House. I can even write a passable McKay, but I just don't have enough snark in me for the two of them in one fic.)

Months (a year or two?) go by, and another new face joins Atlantis medical: Dr. James Wilson. He's come to kick House's ass and follow up on a fight that had sent House running, because the worst fight of their friendship had also revealed that one or the other of them had been hiding deeper feelings for the other.

In the end, House and Wilson are happy together, McKay and Sheppard (add in Beckett or Ronon if you're in the mood for it) are happy, and the rest of Atlantis is resigned to the fact that they've now got two annoying geniuses for the price of one.

Prompt A - Confused: Reality Travel. H/C. As he miss the OWLs in the new reality, Harry begins his 5th-year anew under a false name. In this reality, every child, except for the adults either has a different name or a different face to the ones Harry knows. It's really confusing and he wasn't even in Gryffindor this time. The alternate Gryffindor Golden Trio (Neville, Harry and Ron's alternate self) are bullies and Harry is their new target.

Prompt B - Chaos: Time Travel. Harry and Sirius messed up the history unwittingly. Wherein young Sirius hate his new housemate Harry and his dog Snuffles' guts, because he never intent to be a Dalmatian. James fell in love with the wrong person. Moony bit young Percy and turn him into not just a werewolf but his future mate as well. Peter was ate by a basilisk. Mrs. Snapes divorced his husband. Lily got together with a Slytherin. Voldemort keeps a cat as pet and changes his standpoint.

Prompt C - Dissimilar: Reality Travel. AU. Harry the abandoned Potter heir who was raised by Tom Riddle Jr. arrived in a reality where his alternate self was the so call Chosen One and his mentor the Drak Lord. Dumbledore wants him to help defeat Voldemort, the Order trusted him as far as they can throw him. Everyone want him to be what he wasn't. Can he fight against his mentor's alternate self, or will he find a way to end the War without bloodshed?


About the Arch: In canon, it's the doorway to the land of the dead. In here, it's a doorway to other realities and times. Its destination changes at random. Two people can walk side by side through the Arch and still arrive at different reality/time.

About Noctus:

# It is not clean if Nocti should be classifying as a special breed of magical being or merely mutant of wizard kind. They are rare and look just like normal human being, but always with hair dark as night and eyes bright as star.

# Though Nocti feed on magic that was darkening by malice, they do not need it to survive. No Dark Art can ever work on a Noctus; their body devours the magical power behind a malicious spell, jinx, hex and curse, and in turn makes the imprecation become invalid.

# Noctus also can summon up Umbrae, a being that is make not of shadow as its name imply, but purely magic. It looks like a solid shadow with animal form. Every Umbrae has different form, and they take shape after the innate character of their owner. Umbrae function as Noctus' familiar, defend or guard against any physical harm towards its owner. Umbrae can only summon up by a Noctus, and a Noctus need to be 14 to gains this ability.

# Strangely enough, Nocti also have a strong tendency towards Healing Magic. They can heal people or themselves wand-less without much exertion.

What if the Weasleys take 4-year-old Harry in after his abuse at the Dursleys was find out? Young little Percy mistook Harry for the Snow White from muggle fairy tales when they met the first time. He even wishes to marry Harry one day. However, his Snow White is a boy and when Harry grows up he might choose the Slytherin prince than a redheaded weasel. After all, Snow White never stays with the dwarf. Right?


About: One day it occurred to me, the Weasley sibling are quite similar to the seven dwarfs in Snow White. All seven of them and with their family taking Harry under their wings, the similarity is there and Harry also has black hair as Snow White. So this bunny about a fairy-tale style Harry Potter story pop in my head and wouldn't let go of brain. So here come another challenge.

Prompt: During his first month of being a 6th-year student at Hogwarts, Harry was rape and remembers having undergone the same horror when he was still 12-year-old. The first time around, it's Gilderoy Lockhart who put a spell/potion on Harry so he wouldn't be able to fight back and a Memory Charm always removed the chance that creep ever have to pay for his crimes. The second time (well, sort of), it's Severus Snape who was under the influence of his own newly design potion, behaved without inhibition and reason, also put a spell/potion on Harry before raped him, but this time it's Harry who used the Memory Charm to makes sure his rape remain a secret. However, when Snape seem to become more and more oblivious and cannot hold his focus (a side effect of the over-strong Obliviate) and Harry start falling apart inside, it's only a matter of time that truth came out.

Now just Harry's luck (or misluck), the dormant incubus gene has awakened inside of him. What will happen if Harry is not supposed to become an Incubus, even if he does have some Incubus blood? There was never a Potter receive Incubus Mutation before Harry in his family. It is only his luck that he would received one after an accident and became a magic/energy sucking sex fiend.

Prompt B - Premature: [Tom/Harry] CoS, AU. Harry did not arrive on time to saved Ginny's life, and was seduced by Tom Riddle Jr. Afterward Tom left for track down his older self and, because Harry isn't talking and Ron got Obliviate by Tom, no one know what really happen and Lockhart was sent to Azkaban for murder of Ginny Weasley. So without anyone knowing the rape and its influence, Harry changed over the summer holidays before his 3rd-year. The youngest and bonded incubus awakened.

Prompt C - Unwelcome: [male/Harry] PoA, AU. Before Harry's 3rd-year, the Dementors were sent out. Instead of hunting down the escaped convict, whenever a dementor meets Harry, their start hunting him after the chance not to eat his soul but to fuck him. For all dementors are used to be an unbond incubus and can only mate and breed with an incubus. Before Harry find his true mate and bond with them, he must endure every Dementor's unwanted affections.

Prompt D - Pregnancy: [Cedric/Harry] GoF, AU. Harry is an Incubus and pregnant, but who's the father? All six of the Weasley boys claim to be the father and Harry's real lover. Is Harry really that wanton and did sleep with all six boys, or they were deceived by the Incubus magic? If none of the Weasley boys are the father of Harry's unborn child, then where is the real father, and who is he? And for Merlin's sake, Harry is only 14.

Prompt E - Deadline: [male/Harry] If an Incubus cannot find his mate on time, he will become a Dementor. Harry must get a kiss from his destined soul mate before he is of age; otherwise, he will lose his soul and become a Dementor forever. However, as the deadline for Harry finding his mate was nearby, whoever - except his mate - tries to kiss him is risking their soul be sucking away by Harry.

Prompt F - Addiction: [Ron/Harry] Harry finds out he's an Incubus, and ask his two best friends to help him cover it up. The outcome was disastrous. The first mistake is they didn't tell any adult. The second mistake is they they agreed to let Harry only feed on Ron. The third mistake is when Ron's attitude changed from unwilling to ardently craving for Harry's feeding, they never suspect the cause behind his change. Until one day, someone nearly got kill. Too bad they never think of the addictive side effect of being feed on by an Incubus continuously.

Prompt G - Match: [Severus/Harry] Severus Snape's incubus inheritance starts came on-line when he's 14, and then he turns 18 and still without a matching mate to bond with, he turned into a Dementor. Fifteen years later, Severus the Dementor finally comes across his matching mate, Harry Potter.


About Incubus (for reference):

#1. A magical creature that feed on magic (which toned with lust). Its pheromone alone works on many species (especially on humans) as a very powerful aphrodisiac. Before the Curse (see #4), an incubus feed while having sexual intercourse with the feeder (a wizard/witch or magical-being). If the feeder's magic was too weak, the process can cost their magic core drain or their life. After the Curse, incubus using its magic to induce sexual hallucination in the victim while it feed on them and, this kind of process is addictive to the target.

#2. They may look like human male, they also possess the capability of gestation like any female. Normally They only breed with their bond-mate (whom can be another incubus or a wizard/witch). A bond-mate is the only one whose magic compatible to their incubus'.

#3. A crossbreed's incubus inheritances are usually dormant, unless one of his parents is a muggle or, he had sexual intercourse with a human male or an incubus/dementor. The former awaken when he was 14 years old and turn into a full blown incubus four years later. The latter's awaken and turning take only three months.

#4. Centuries ago, a witch/wizard cursed the entire race, cause the incubus to died out eventually. This curse doesn't works on an incubus whom wsa bonded. Nowadays, no purebred was ever see and, crossbreeds were very rare and without bonding they will never last. Six months after the turning completed, they will become a dementor. A dementor who has never eat a soul can still turn back into incubus, if they can find a compatible person to bond with them.

#5. Dementors cannot breed with their own kind, they need an incubus to bear their offspring. It's unwise to ever let a dementor's get close enough if one is of incubus bloodline. The smell of an incubus, inheritances dormant or not, will tempt the dementor to chase after them until the incubus was claim or bond (claim by a dementor, bond with a mate).
