Summary:

The SG-1 team returns to Earth expecting to see a friend and co-worker when they return but the friend is not there and no one has ever heard of this person, even though this person has been working with them for years.

The team is then under goes a batter of test to determine what is going on but this halted when another SG team arrives and is questioned if they know about the mystery person, which they did.

General Hammond (or which ever General you want) orders a contact of all SG teams off Earth and Earth's allies to see if they too remember this person, to which they all replies yes; some were even able to supply images of this person.

General Hammond orders an investigation by SG-1 to find this person and to find out who wiped the minds of those at SGC.

With Thor's help SG-1 is able to locate their missing friend at…..


Notes:

Ok this fic leads it well to any Harry Potter character but I personally like the idea of Harry being the missing person


Where will they end up? Azkaban? Their friend being held prisoner as breeding stock in someone or his homes? In front of the court?

Man from Uncle challenge: Family affair by peja

Pairing: Napoleon Solo/Illya Kuryakin, Napoleon Solo/ofc, Illya Kuryakin/ofc?
Rating:  pre-slash to First Time, spanning a number of years.
Disclaimers:  I don't own anyone you'll recognize, but I will  take  partial credit for the original characters.  No money being made.
Details/Summary:  Napoleon is sitting in for Mr. Waverly for a week  (or so)
and Illya goes on a super-secret, eyes only type mission to Yugoslavia with
Janus as on-site backup and Napoleon on-pen backup.

A file comes across Waverly/Napoleon's desk (there was a time-related mix-up
and the file's yearly update was completed ahead of usual schedule, and
while AW is gone); when NS reviews it, he finds that it documents the lives
of his supossedly deceased wife and their supposed-to-not-exist children; wife must have been preggers when she 'died'.  The yearly updates appear to
all have been done on the twins' birthday (perhaps this was faciliated by
having a promotional drawing at the hospital where wife delivered and the
winner recieves free birthday pictures for 20 or 25 years).

In complete shock, NS goes through the file w/ a fine toothed comb looking
for reasons for the deception that it's now apparent that Waverly engineered.  NS finds AW's own notes describing the housefire and how he and wife could each be detained and kept seperated and told the other perished in the fire. AW also expressed that he disliked this coarse of action, but NS couldn't be recruited any other way and AW WOULD recruit NS; he  couldn't
let that much desparately needed talent get away.

With all this boiling over in his mind, NS completely forgets that Illya was due to check in (but has been betrayed by Janus) and resigns and heads off
to regain his family, so that when IK finally gets through, NS isn't there to give approval for a rescue mission inside the Soviet Union and a girl is
killed. (Since IK and NS were only nanoseconds away from consumation of
their relationship, the girl probably should be a sisterly damsel-in-distress, and though one of my kinks IS two guys and one girl, I don't know how happy the girl would be getting taken home to meet the male
lover she'll be sharing her man with.  It was the 60s in an Iron Curtain
country, after all.)  Illya is completely lost as to why NS resigned without
a word to him and can't get any answers from AW, so he resigns and goes into
fashion design.

Then, several years later we see NS getting news that the family is dead.
I've never been completely sure how they should die, but it should be something that isn't caused by U.N.C.L.E. and would be hard for even the
most suspicous person to attribute to U.N.C.L.E..  (Earthquakes, floods,
tidal waves, and wild animal attack are some ideas that I had.)

That leaves NS, another few years later, at loose ends and wandering the
casino waiting for his pen to go off, per the beginning of Return of the Man
From U.N.C.L.E.

It also explains why NS still has the pen and hasn't had U.N.C.L.E. mind-wiped from him; AW might have felt guilty enough (I know I'm reaching
:)  ) to not drag NS in for the mind-wipe.  To my mind NS seemed a tad more
at ease back in harness than IK did and that could be because IK had a little help in forgetting the details of U.N.C.L.E. agent-life, though I'm
not sure how that would work on IK's eididtc(sp?) memory; maybe that's why
IK remembers as much as he does.

After the Return affair is over, NS and IK have a clearing of the air and
slowly put their romantic relationship back on track.

Other Notes:  This story requires at least an acceptance of the Return Movie
and helps explain why two guys so obviously meant for each other split up
and lost touch so completely.  Also probably needs to be set in the
original era to really work for motivation, etc., though I'm willing to be proven
wrong on this.

Warnings:  There are more where this came from, in varied fandoms; I tend to
plot epics in fairly detailed summaries and then not be able to follow through with the actual writing.  This particular plot bunny has been hanging around since shortly after the Return Movie first aired; it's getting kinda grumpy.  You have been warned.  :)

Meet a Fictional Character by Lady FoxFire
Summary:

Setting: Hogwarts or post-Hogwarts (at a University)

A teacher assign a project in which they are to study a fictional character and then using their magic make that person real for a period of time.

Option A:
Of course as usual when Harry is involved (and/or Neville is around) something goes and Harry ends up going to world of that character istead of the character coming to Harry's world. In other words instead of Jack O'Neill appearing in the classroom Harry ends up at SGC.

Option B:
The spells goes as planned but Harry added just a touch too much power so now the character is stuck in Harry's world until they can figure out how to fix it.

Requirement:
Harry has to say "I know I should have gone with Sherlock Holmes"

Ohhhh I got an EVIL idea!!!

Harry and some of the other students who are SG-1 junkie are all transport to a universe in which SG-1 is real but they don't realise it, they except Harry of course cause he's smarter than the average witch or wizard, don't realise that this is real; they believe it's all part of the class work.

Now as it is fated to happen when all true SG-1 junkie get together they start to agrue... Jack/Daniel, Jack/Sam, Jack/Mini-Me, Sam/Daniel... and other things of course in front of everyone

"Oh please! Every guy she's dated has died! I'm tell you it's Jack and Spacemonkey. If it's wasn't for those stuck-up bastards with their narrow minded point of view we would be seeing Jack and Daniel going at it 24/7!"

"Hey what about the alien factor?" a third person spoke up. "I just found a great Loki/Jack fic."

"Loki and Jack! Jack hates him!"

"True but we don't exactly know what Loki did to him when he kidnapped him and replaced him with mini-me. Hell for all we know mini-me could be Jack and Loki's love child and Thor is just covering it up. After all it would be in the Asgaurd interest if they found out if they could breed with human or humans with high amount of the Ancient gene."

Jack pales as the debate of these stranger continue about his lover life. The only stranger not in the debate wonders over to Jack.

"Just be glad they're not on the Jack and Hammond or the Jack and Anise relationship... yet."

Mini-Me is Missing by Lady FoxFire
Summary: When Jon (Mini-me) had the chance to visit London on a school field trip he took it. (True Jack would have visited London before but he would have visit due to business not as a tourist)

A few days into the trip Jon vanishes. Immediately the police are notified as are Jon's emergency contact i.e. SGC.

Thinking that Jon has been kidnapped by NID or by some unknown third party, SG-1 rushes to London to investigate and hopefully rescue the young clone.

While questions Jon's fellow student about Jon's disappearance his roommate for the trip mentions that Jon has said something about visit a pub called the Leaky Cauldron.
