This story contains references to the episode s08e20 “Comings and Goings” of “The Practice”.
You might remember the character of Hannah Rose in the last section of the practice.
She is the epitome of the arrogant, self obsessed business lady. As Alan was then still new to the firm she treated him like a little boy offering her “criticism”. He answered in his best smug manner that he did not accept criticism, but appreciates harsh discipline.
I had the idea that this was not the end and wrote a follow up scene.
It is about a trait I see in Alan that he also has sex we people he does not really like.
