I notice list members hardly ever mention a person whole name.
Is that another privacy issue?

Yes. The real names/addresses of individuals, such as zine
editors/writers/individuals should *not* be given on the list
without the individual's permission. This is to ensure the
privacy of those editors/writers/individuals who have expressed
concern about having their personal data floating all over
cyberspace. If you do receive the name/address of a zine-related
person (or any individual) through a source on the net, and you
later contact them, tell them how you got their name (private e-
mail/newsgroup/list/Web page/etc.) so they can keep better track
of how information is propagating.

Zine/story titles are fine. I sometimes use the author's first
name and last initial, or both initials if I need to identify one
story with a similar title from another, but discretion comes
first.
