Subject: [VP] a non-vampire lurker

This is my 'sort-of' first time out in VP land. Please be kind
to me. I'm a friend of Mel's and live in the same area. In fact
she's the reason I got interested in crotches and butts of a
certain blond and a dark, curly hair(s). I had watched Starsky
and Hutch when they were on and never in my wildest dreams
thought I'd be involved in (sigh) their lives again. I eagerly
await to see what comes up next.

I am proud to say I'm now neither a lurker nor a vampire.

Subject: [VP] new re-intro (WAS A new project)

I'm recently new to the complex, but was rather vague about
myself. I have a 23 year old mind in a 46 year old body, and
I'm married to a younger man. (I always thought that way when
I'm too old to drive I'll still be able to get around.) Having
two grown boys out of the house I now have two barking, fuzzy,
four legged girls. My work consists of working with families of
abused and/or neglected children. I live in a small town in
Illinois right across from St. Louis, Mo.

When I watched the original S/H series I loved the relationship
and ease they had. (Although at that time I didn't think about
them ending up in the same bed.) I blamed everything on Mel
about getting me into fandom. And to a lesser degree, Sandy,
who okayed me to read from 'the laundry basket' full of zines.
While I never wrote anything for anyone else I do write for
myself. (Just ask poor Mel about BMFM.) There are other fandoms
I'm into (Real Ghostbusters and Mighty Ducks. Well I am just a
kid at heart), but first in line as a tried and true S/H fan.
