This show has long since finished so, for those of you who were unlucky enough
to have missed it back in the 90's, it was based on a search and
rescue team in Australia. These vids are centred on the relationship between the lead characters of Steve
"Mickey" McClintock & Yiannis "Angel" Angelopolous.
Used To by Daughtry - Mickey/Angel - 5mb Based around events up to and including the episode "Cold Snap". A brief synopsis of this vid goes as follows : Mickey and Angel happy together - Mickey and Angel have major arguments - Angel (temporarily) quits - Mickey goes out on a job and gets left up a cliff - Angel goes to the rescue - both live happily ever after :) Crash & Burn by Savage Garden - Mickey/Angel - 7mb This vid is based around the episode "Tomorrow Never Knows" where Angel answers a call to a RTA and finds his brother dead in the wreckage. In the days to follow, he gradually loses control, screwing up on a rooftop rescue job and getting suspended as a result. In the aftermath he is finally forced to leave both the squad and Mickey behind. |
