Summary: My first ever DMoC AU, in which Josh and Cooper meet while they're still in high school. I don't write a whole lot of AUs, in fact I don't even really like them but this idea just sort of happened so I went with it and I think it turned out well. It's fairly heavy on the smut but I wouldn't call it PWP because it does have an actual plot. Josh takes his first trip ever out of Indiana to visit New York and participate in the mock United Nations, and while he's there he meets a different Cooper than the one that accosts him during the movie. Romance ensues in the Big Apple. For the record I've never been part of the mock United Nations, I don't know anything about it and therefore I made up everything I said about the program. So if you participated in it and I made some huge, glaring error that totally annoys you, e-mail me and I'll fix it if I can work it out without ruining the plot.
