In the final episode, 'The Sentinel by Blair Sandburg', Blair's dissertation is leaked to the press and Jim's abilities are public knowledge. A/N: Just a quick explanation for those not familiar with The Sentinel. In the final episode, 'The Sentinel by Blair Sandburg', Blair's dissertation is leaked to the press and Jim's abilities are public knowledge. The media hounds both Ellison and Sandburg as they are trying to solve a case. In the end, Blair is offered a chance to become Jim's official partner with the police department, but it's left up in the air.
