Summary: The characters don't belong to me but that didn't keep me from giving Paris a background I'm not sure he has, namely the death of his mother at a young age, Will Riker however does have that history and similar troubles with his father so basically I based Tom on Will. And Neelix didn't leave Voyager and never meet another Talaxian.
