Red Red Sea

Standing in the shadows dark

watching the flow of the red river

as it snakes along it's way.

Red waterfall dripping one

splash at a time.

Gentile breeze of a dieing

sigh.

Should I laugh or should I

cry?

I leave this world, a sad

cold place.

Faces scowl and children

scream.

Is this life just a dream

will peace ever come again?

I do not know but I hope and

pray that life will get better

one of these days.

But it's not for me to see

my life is over with the rising

of the red red sea.

end
