Lets say for some reason Jim and Blair are outed. And we have the Cops Not coming when called for backup situation. Jim and blair get in a really bad situation and call for back up, but no one comes in time. So Jim and Blair die. But Every once in a while, especially on the date of their death a series of calls comes over the police ban. It is the repeat of Jim and Blairs call for back up. In other words its a ghost story. Every anniversary of their death their desperate please for help ring on the police ban reminding everyone of their betrayal.
What of those in Major Crime? What circumstances kept them from getting there in time? And what do the do on this anniversary of their friends deaths?
