08/02/2009 - NCIS archive software feature list

Once the new version of Crossroads Stargate Atlantis Slash Index goes online (which will be pretty soon) I'm going to start coding the new version of the NCIS archive software and I'll like to ear your feedback on this process.

I've compiled a list of the features of the new archive, but there are a few things I want to clarify, and I'll like to hear your feedback on them.
