I am an android.

I am not human.

Geordi could never desire me.

I do not understand emotions,

But I feel them.

One in particular.

Love.

Love for Geordi.

I cannot imagine a day without him.

But one day I will.

He will marry and leave me alone.

Loneliness is hardly new to me,

But to be without him would be unbearable.

But he cannot return my feelings.

He deserves a human.

One of his own.

I will remain by his side,

though I know it will hurt me.

He cannot love me,

for I am an android.
