Intro: Okay, this is my missing scene after Tom and Harry are dismissed by Captain Janeway in the "Survival Instinct" episode. I just wanted to write something very very silly and fun and this has been lurking in my head for awhile now. I've revised it some. Hope you still enjoy it! :-)

Feedback: Yes please! Any feedback/constructive suggestions are most welcome. No flames please.

Spoilers: Refers to an incident in the "Survival Instinct" episode.

"Oh this is great! Just what I need. Another lecture from the Doc," Tom groused as he gingerly touched his bruised eye.

"Sickbay," Harry called out and the turbolift began to move. "This wasn't our fault, you know. Who would have thought that a simple game would turn into a fight?"

Tom snorted. "You know the Doc. He'll probably say that I have a talent for attracting trouble." He sighed in resignation. Then he suddenly frowned at Harry, concern in his eyes.

"What is it?" Harry asked.

"Does it hurt?"

"Does what hurt? What are you talking about?" Harry's brow furrowed as Tom's blue eyes remained fixed on him.

Tom reached out and carefully brushed a finger against Harry's split lip. "This. Does it hurt?"

"Oh that." Harry had almost forgotten about that. He licked experimentally at the bruised lip and accidentally wet Tom's finger in the process. Tom's finger remained where it was on his lip. "It stung a lot in the beginning but not anymore." He leveled a mischievous glance at Tom. "Want to kiss it and make it all better?"

Tom grinned at the invitation and shifted his body towards Harry, blue eyes glazing over as Harry began sucking on the tip of his finger. His mouth was just on top of Harry's when the turbolift doors chose that moment to open. "Damn!" they both groaned in disappointment.

"Maybe later," Tom promised. He grabbed Harry by the shoulders and firmly shepherded him towards Sickbay. "I want you checked out by the Doc and make sure there aren't any internal injuries."

Still, even though they both knew that the fight hadn't been totally their fault, both Tom and Harry couldn't help but squirm a bit under the look of reprimand the doctor directed at them.

"I've treated the other crewmen who were involved in the incident and they informed me of what happened." He reached for the regenerator. "Fortunately, the scans show no internal injuries for either of you," the doctor diagnosed in his usual brisk manner. "Nothing more serious than Mr. Kim's split lip and that bruise on Mr. Paris' eye."

"But. . ." Tom began.

"I would suggest in the future that you do not engage in games where you are not fully cognizant of the rules. It would save me a lot of trouble," the doctor remarked unsympathetically as he took ahold of Harry's chin and proceeded to treat the split lip with a few passes of the regenerator.

"But the fight wasn't our fault!" Tom protested but quickly subsided into silence when the doctor aimed the regenerator at his eye.

"That went well," Tom commented wryly. The doctor had finally released them after a pointed look at Harry, and with a final acerbic comment that Tom ought not to be allowed on future shore leaves.

Harry grinned. "Could have been worse."

Tom rolled his eyes.

The turbolift deposited them on their deck and they started walking towards their quarters. They reached Tom's quarters first.

"Come on in, Harry," Tom invited as he stepped inside.

"I'd better not," the younger man shook his head, pausing at the doorway.

"Why?" Tom asked, perplexed.

"I'm going to my quarters. The captain did say we're confined to quarters."

"Harry, Harry, Harry...You're getting technical on me," Tom shook his head. "Captain Janeway didn't specifically say that we were supposed to be alone while we're confined to quarters."

"Oh?" Then dark eyes widened at the impish glint in blue eyes. "Oh!" A delightful blush spread across Harry's cheeks.

Tom nodded, grinning. "Exactly." He reached for Harry's hand and tugged him inside the room. The door hissed shut behind them. "You know, we can have a lot of fun being confined to quarters," he murmured suggestively in Harry's ear as he wrapped his arms around the younger man's waist. He nuzzled the golden throat and his hands began a sensual exploration of Harry's body.

Harry melted under the kisses. "Since you put it that way. . ." He barely noticed that Tom was maneuvering them towards the bed until the backs of his knees hit the mattress and he toppled over, bringing Tom down on top of him.

"Besides, I still need to kiss something and make it better, remember?" Tom panted breathlessly as he trailed hot kisses on whatever part of Harry's body was revealed as they hurriedly discarded each other's clothing. "And I know just the spot I want. . ."

Harry shivered and moaned, arching up into Tom's plundering mouth. "I think...I think..." he groaned as Tom moved lower down his body - "that's a very good spot," long fingers skimming through the soft cropped hair as Tom's head bobbed up and down. "YES! So good. . .oh gods. . . Tom!" He howled as a torrent of pleasure roared through him.

Tom smiled, licking his lips clean and began kissing his way back towards Harry's mouth until he was lying full-length on top of Harry. He gasped as he slowly rubbed his aching hardness against Harry's. "Oh, love," he groaned, closing his eyes in ecstacy, enthralled by the feel of Harry beneath him.

Harry could only clutch helplessly at Tom's sweaty shoulders as the thrusts became harder and faster. He wrapped trembling legs around Tom's hips, wordlessly urging him on as they both strove for completion. Harry was the one who came first, shouting out his release, and then Tom followed, collapsing on him, shuddering and panting for breath.

They lay in a sticky, sweaty tangle of limbs for a few languorous minutes, savoring the closeness, until Tom realized he was probably squashing Harry and rolled off. He met Harry's eyes and smiled teasingly. "I told you we would have fun being confined to quarters."

Harry laughed and reached for Tom. "That you did, love. That you did."
